Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the KyotoPVP network, websites, and related services. By connecting to our servers or using our sites you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to play fairly and to follow the in-game and community rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, and any attempt to disrupt the service are prohibited and may result in suspension or a permanent ban without notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft, and a valid Minecraft account is required to play.
3. Purchases
Store purchases are processed by our payment partner Tebex. Digital goods are delivered to your account in-game. Refund eligibility is described in our Delivery & Refunds policy.
4. Availability
The network is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
